Allistar Banks was born and raised in McCormick South Carolina. Ms. Banks is a graduate of Lander University in Greenwood, SC and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications. At the age of eight, she discovered her passion for writing children’s books. Ms. Banks focuses on creating stories that are fun and educational. Also, her blog focuses on stories that are based on her experiences and also lessons for children to learn. The Author has been featured in the Index Journal, Press & Banner, McCormick Messenger, and in Lander University’s magazine for her children’s books.
