Sherelle Gaston Stops by Virtual Book Fair with Versafi Magazine to Discuss Her Book Jesus is My Best Friend

Sherelle Gaston is a devoted wife to Min. Tawann Gaston Sr. and a mom of two boys, TJ and Terelle. While working in family and children’s ministry, she could not find any books about the people and prophets in the Bible that represent the children of today. Sherelle began to create lessons for her sons and students. In 2019, she asked God if the lessons she was creating could become books so that she could help enhance the kingdom of God in children—our present generation!

Out birthed ‘The Greatest in the Kingdom’ series! Based on Matthew 18:1-5: At that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Who, then, is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?” He called a little child to him, and placed the child among them. And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me.”

It’s Sherelle’s passion to help the children of today discover their true identity as heirs to the kingdom of God, and teach children that having a personal relationship with God is the most important relationship in life.
